This is
a 6 to 8 week course that captures the spirit, tradition
and motivation of the authentic Military Boot Camp experience.
In this course trainees are given fitness assessments/tests,
nutritional guidance, and are instructed on how to make
habits of the fitness lifestyle. Trainees are guides
by a series of general orders as they march/run to cadence
and do physical training (P.T.) as a unit led by the
drill instructors.
This course is open to
anyone regardless of age, gender, weight or physical conditioning
levels. There is no experience necessary and class sizes
are usually limited to the first 40 paid recruits. Classes
are conducted indoors and outdoors and are held on a quarterly
basis.
Senior Drill Instructor Matt
Terlop and Drill instructor Ed King have graduated over
400 (and counting) proud individuals who have made major
fitness gains. Boot Camp sessions usually meet once a week
with trainees being required to exercise on their own between
workout sessions.
